Food Freedom Susceptibility Quiz

Back in 2013, Forbes revealed scientific research that showed Oreos were more addictive than cocaine or heroin. Research shows refined foods have powerful addictive properties that some people just can’t seem to resist. This is why so many smart, successful people excel in every area of their lives, yet still struggle to lose weight. Dr. Susan Peirce Thompson, Ph.D., has developed a Susceptibility Quiz to help you find out how likely you are to be addicted to junk food and what you can do about it. Find out where you are on the Susceptibility Scale by taking this short quiz.

3 Huge Mistakes PDF

Why is it that people in America alone are spending $65 billion dollars each year trying to lose weight, and yet the percentage of our population that is overweight or obese is about to reach 70%? It’s crazy! Even one-third of triathletes are overweight! The secret lies in the food we put in our mouth. Every body builder knows that when it’s time to get cut for a competition, it’s diet that counts. So why is it so hard for so many people to eat the right foods and shed those excess pounds? And for those who do lose weight, why is it so hard to keep it off? Read about the three huge mistakes almost everyone is making when they try to lose weight here where Professor Susan Peirce Thompson, Ph.D. reveals what’s been blocking your attempts to lose weight.

5-tools

It’s a little-known fact, but almost no one succeeds at losing weight and keeping it off. Among the obese who try to lose weight, fewer than 1% actually get down to their goal, and almost all of the precious successful few end up gaining the weight back in short order.
It’s a harrowing journey by anyone’s standards. According to Dr. Susan Peirce Thompson, Ph.D. there are 5 tools that are necessary for weight loss success. She has created a FREE downloadable PDF to teach you about these 5 tools. You might already have a couple of the tools in your home, but you’re probably not using them correctly.

I like the concept of Bright Line Eating. I live out of the country and do not have access to many foods or products. I have watched all the videos and clogs. I am interested in the 14 day challenge but cannot find out the details anywhere. Who would sign up for something without details? Send me a link with ALL the info.
    Thanks

HERE and 2. Dr. Thompson was also on the program a few years ago, just before she launched Bright Line Eating Program. Listen to that interview HERE
