    MMmmmMMMmmMMMM…..It’s all delicious!!!!!!

Soups on/Great Ideas, particularly for this time of year.

This, along with the music from the Swinging Gourmets, adds some needed warmth here in Chicago, as the winds are howling, snow is falling, and the WC is MINUS 25 or so/and have been there for a few days/and will hang around a bit. December in this area/after having experienced a Nasty Polar Vortex/BIG snows last year/was the least snowiest Winter on record. I take them as they come. But, a bit of warmth is always welcome. Thank you.

Turmeric….among the most wonderful of spices. Dr. Greger, NutritionFacts.org, talks about how great Tumeric is/and he and other have mentioned the addition of Black Pepper (Piperine) to make it as much as 2,000 percent more effective…..; https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CDEQFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fnutritionfacts.org%2Fvideo%2Fboosting-the-bioavailability-of-curcumin%2F&ei=ihavVJXxIdejyAT_goDAAw&usg=AFQjCNEMeLvJ1hOZ9Lta-QVv-adrFatAYw

Cookbooks: All excellent of course. Will check them out. Did you talk about Becoming Vegan. Brenda Davis is a wonderful gift to the world. And certainly, of course, The Plant Based arena.

Looking forward to your new additions this year/projects/speakers et.al.

Love that you start each day with a clean slate. Fresh air, sun coming up, a refreshing approach (not checking the news/or e-mail et.al. first thing!!!!)

Glad you got to attend the Fuhrman event. Know he is one of your favs. And you interviewed his daughter; Book bears mentioning/broadens the audience/message.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts/insights; thought you would highlight some more great things/Documentary et.al.

Love It/Love It/Love It all. Keep it coming!!!!!!
