Robin Robertson is a food writer and author of 19 cookbooks. She has worked with food for over 25 years as a restaurant chef, caterer, and cooking teacher. She is a regular columnist for VegNews Magazine and has also written for Vegetarian Times, Cooking Light, Better Nutrition, and Health Naturally, among many others. Her cookbooks include Vegan Planet, Vegan Fire & Spice, 1,000 Vegan Recipes, Vegan on the Cheap, and Party Vegan. She also developed the recipes for Vegan Unplugged, a pantry cookbook and emergency preparedness guide she co-wrote with her husband, Jon Robertson.
