What Vegans Eat – Day 1030, Travel Edition

Breakfast: Keeping it cool this morning, we had raw Rolled Oats with Walnuts, Raisins, Apples, Bananas and Soy Milk.

Lunch: When lunchtime came around I reheated the Farro and Garbanzo Beans I made yesterday. The Vegetable Broth was all soaked up in the grain making it more flavorful.

Later in the afternoon, I grabbed the lettuce and tossed a little Sesame Butter and Apple Cider Vinegar right in the bowl to dress it.

Snack: Before rehearsal Gary and I had another production meeting at Peet’s. Gary hasn’t been drinking caffeine and he recommended having Mint Tea with Steamed Soy. I was looking forward to it but it wasn’t my cup of tea…

Dinner: We got out of rehearsal after 9pm, super hungry. We knew one place was open until 10pm, The Veggie Grill. I wanted a burger. I got the Grilled Quinoa and Veg Burger and Gary ordered his B-Wing Salad.
