What Vegans Eat – Day 1078, Travel Edition

Breakfast: Breakfast was all ready to go for me. Gary had made two servings of Rolled Oats with Apples, Raisins and Walnuts last night for dinner and I didn’t have mine. I enjoyed it this morning instead.

 
Snack: We finally got out for a long walk to the Los Gatos Reservoir. It takes about 2 hours. When we got back we both had FREEZE on our minds. Pressed Juicery Freeze that is. I got the Green Matcha flavor and Gary had the Strawberry Almond. There is no guilt with this treat, it is made with real, whole foods.

 
Oh no! There was a hole in my Green Matcha Freeze. The server at the shop did not do a good job swirling! I let it go. What I had was delicious and it was enough.

 
Lunch: Before going to rehearsal I bulked up on Celery Sticks with Peanut Butter, Steamed Kale and Corn Tortillas.

 
Dinner: After rehearsal we hit the Safeway grocery store for more Greens and Water. We scored and got a deal on Avocados, $1 each! We picked up a bag of Quinoa too. We made a satisfying last night feast of Salad, Guacamole and Quinoa.
