What Vegans Eat – Day 1095, Travel Edition

Breakfast: We were leaving his sister’s house today and moving back to Gary’s brother’s pool house in Monte Sereno. We had a lot of bags and boxes to bring up the stairs and out to the car. How did we collect so much stuff in the last 2 months? When we were almost done I made Green Smoothies with Kale, Celery, Strawberries, Bananas, Celery, Soy Milk, Water and Cacao Nibs. There was a lot. I had two big cups and filled a container to bring the rest along with us.

Lunch: Once unpacked in the pool house, I sat down and had some more of that smoothie, this time topped with Walnuts.

Gary prepared the Brussels Sprouts for me. I was so excited I love them and don’t have them often because organic Brussels Sprouts are hard to find or are very expensive.

Dinner: Another opening, another show! We had our official opening of The Music Man tonight! Now we run – there are two shows tomorrow and two more on Sunday. I am greening up to get ready for this workout. As conductor, I stand during the entire performance (over 2 1/2 hours) and my arms are up during most of it. It’s a great workout. We stopped and made a simple supper. My plate had Brown Rice, Hummus, Brussels Sprouts, Mary’s Crackers and Corn Tortillas.

Gary’s plate was little different with Salsa and Baked Tofu.

We washed it all done with Suja Green Juice.
