What Vegans Eat – Day 1096, Travel Edition

Breakfast: Now at the pool house we have a stove and can cook. That means Oatmeal. We made a big pot with all the fixin’s: Apples, Bananas, Raisins, Apricots and Almonds. I topped mine with sprinkles: Cacao Nibs.

 
Lunch: We had a matinee performance at 1pm. The next show is at 7pm. In between the producers provided a burrito bar for the cast, and there was even Vegan Taco Meat! I made a colorful plate.

 
Dinner: After the evening show we came home and snacked on Baked Tofu, Bell Peppers, Avocado, Hummus and Corn Tortillas.
