What Vegans Eat – Day 1100, Travel Edition

Breakfast: It’s Valentine’s Day, a Hallmark Holiday. I am believer in expressing love and appreciation for everyone you care about in your life all the time and not needing a special holiday promoting consumerism to do so. It’s always nice to be treated special and Gary made me my Maté and a big bowl of Rolled Oats, loaded with Strawberries, Blueberries and Walnuts.

 
Lunch: Tonight we have a performance of The Music Man and I will be conducting, which requires a lot of energy. Gary made a gorgeous meal – Steamed Artichokes, Celery Sticks, Guacamole, Baby Greens topped with a Mashed Tofu Salad mixed with Tahini and Celery.

 
Dinner: After the performance, I grabbed the leftover Celery Sticks and Green Salad from lunch.

 
Gary made Oatmeal with Bananas, Raisins and Apples.
