What Vegans Eat – Day 1103, Travel Edition

Breakfast: Our meals are basic, nourishing and good. It’s Rolled Oats again with Bananas, Apples, Walnuts and Soy Milk.

 
Lunch: Gary’s big pot of Lentil Millet Stew with Sweet Potatoes and Arugula continues to nourish us with little effort. We brought a container to the theater and heated it up before the show.

 
Dinner: After we did a two-show day, we went back to the pool house, we had more of the Lentil Millet Stew with Sweet Potatoes and Arugula, thinning it a bit with water to make it a soup, serving it with Tortillas and Guacamole.
