Breakfast: Beneath the mound of goodies, Blueberries, Coconuts, Walnuts, Cacao Nibs and Raisins you will find Rolled Oats and Soy Milk.

 
Green Juice: I made juice today. I have not made juice in a while and it’s time to bring back this healthy tradition. The last few days I have been waking up feeling sluggish. Is it because I visited the dentist to make a crown mold to top my tooth that went through root canal in December? Could the lousy feeling I have be caused by the toxins I may have swallowed in the process? Green juice to the rescue! Today’s juice consists of Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon. I sipped on some Darjeeling with Lemon while making the juice.

 
Dinner: We are settling in at home with all of our old favorites – like this Tofu Masala.

 
Yup, there is still more left of the Whatever-Beans-We-Have-Left-In-The-House Soup. And I’m loving it.

 
We like our Baked Fries too.

 
While carefully chewing my dinner, the temporary crown my dentist gave me yesterday came off! I’ll head back there in the morning. I am glad I made a bunch of green juices and froze them to have for the next few days. I am going to need the detoxing power of greens.
 
Evening: Tonight it’s Teeccino.
