What Vegans Eat – Day 1121

Breakfast: Our leftover multigrain mix of Basmati Rice, Black Rice, Red Rice and Millet becomes a nice morning cereal with Apples and Raisins, topped with frothed Soy Milk.

 
Lunch: Today’s green juice has Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots and Lemon.
 
Dinner: Gary asked what I would like for dinner as the heavy snow was falling. I asked for Sweet Potato Black Bean Soup, with added Quinoa, like he made it the first time. I topped mine with Pacific Northwest Mushroom Medley.

 
Evening: We were about to settle in an start watching some of the recent Academy Award winning films. Tonight we were queued up to watch Three Billboards. We had a Romaine Lettuce Salad with a Lemon Tahini Dressing first.
