What Vegans Eat – Day 1151

Breakfast: I love waking up really hungry. Oatmeal tastes doubly good, topped with Blueberries, Walnuts and Chia Seeds.

 
Dinner: Our giant Red Leaf and Arugula Salads, with Avocado and Tahini Dressing were washed down with Green Juices made with Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Cabbage, Lemon and Ginger.

 
The Salads were followed by the best – Mashed Potatoes (with cashew milk), topped with sautéed Onions and Mushrooms, served with Baked Tofu.
