Breakfast: This was the best breakfast! Sweet Potato Toast with Peanut Butter and Bananas served with sliced Oranges and Ginger Turmeric Latte.

 
Dinner: A collection of leftovers made a tasty feast. This buffet table had Mashed Potatoes, Baked Tofu, Spaghetti Squash with Tomato Basil Sauce, Mushroom Chorizo and Whole Grain Blend with Avocado.
