What Vegans Eat – Day 1168, Special Travel Edition

Share

Breakfast: Gary and I are wiped out! Yesterday was an exhausting day and today we wanted to take it easy. We were heading back to Beth’s house in San Isidro, leaving the farm. We finished up the Oats and Bananas with Soy Milk and shared a Papaya.

We watched a couple of Toucans in the trees.

Dinner: Back in the “big” city, after Beth came back from teaching Yoga, we walked to El Mangostán de PZ, a restaurant I had been to on my last trip here, two years ago. We asked for Salads with some cooked Vegetables, Black Beans, Guacamole and Rice. When our plates arrived, they looked like a snack, such small portions. I knew it would not be enough for us.

When we finished I ordered more Beans, Rice and Guacamole with Tortilla chips. That was better. We were sated.
