Breakfast: English Breakfast tea with Rolled Oats, Fresh Fruit and Nuts and Soy Milk.

Lunch: I had a lot of work to do. It was so enjoyable, working with my laptop in paradise by the pool. I crunched and chewed on celery stalks followed by grazing a plate of kale leaves, fresh oranges and almonds.

Dinner: There were still leftovers from Saturday’s party and Gary made a gorgeous salad with everything in it!

And we finally finished up the Birthday Cake. All gone.
