What Vegans Eat – Day 151

Breakfast: Fresh fruit must have been created for hot summer days because that’s what I crave when the heat is on. We had juicy plums, pears and apples with leftover cornbread.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Lemon, Carrots
 
Dinner: I tend to prefer eating one thing at a time and with this meal everything looked so good I didn’t know where to begin! We had a cool Tofu Feta Salad with Tomatoes and Scallions, Millet topped with Tahini, Sautéed Kale with Onions and Baked Beans. The beans were so good since they had been marinated for a few days in its sauce.
