Breakfast:
We used to make this oatmeal waffle a lot. And then I began to experiment making waffles with other flours. Gary wanted to make these Light and Crispy Oat Waffles. I was the one who used to make them. I like when Gary goes to the REAL App, finds a recipe and makes it. He becomes the recipe tester for my recipes, as I am for his. Somehow he always makes my recipes better than I do. And I don’t mind that at all! I made the Pear Strawberry Compote. We made a little pancake with the leftover batter and a pot of Earl Grey Tea.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Lime, Carrots, Mint, Cilantro
 
Dinner: A happy repeat of the evening before, with juicy bits of corn added to the bean soup, green salad and a fresh guacamole to top it off.
