Breakfast: I had not slept well and I was sluggish when I got up. I didn’t want to prepare anything so I finished up the last of the Many Vegetable Stir Fry, served cold with chilled Jasmine Green Tea.

Lunch: With Gary away, not only do I miss him, I miss his cooking. I decided to make one of his recipes that I love, the French Scramble. This is the best scramble you will ever eat! I had it with a chilled Hibiscus Licorice Tea.

Daily Green Juice: I had enjoyed my new batch of green juice so much yesterday, I couldn’t wait for today’s glass to defrost, made with Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon (lots of lemon!), Ginger.
 
Dinner: It’s still hot and I didn’t want to cook. I smiled to myself when I knew what to make. I call it Popeye’s Sweet Sensation, a frozen treat made with spinach, blueberries, cocoa powder and soy milk.
