What Vegans Eat – Day 207

Breakfast: Sometimes I find when we are planning a big weekend of food I am not focused on the present, or eating in the present. We had a number of big family festivities planned over the Labor Day Weekend. I had a pear for breakfast, a little Bai Mu Dan tea and that was enough.
 
Lunch: We had a simple Romaine Lettuce Salad with Seed Caesar Dressing and the very last of the Spicy Split Pea Soup and some mixed olives.

Daily Green Juice:
Kale, Collards, Cabbage, Carrots, Ginger
 
Dinner: My sister’s family arrived from Florida. We met in Manhattan and went to the MOMA for the Andy Warhol exhibit. Later we tried to get into the Neue Galerie but the line was so long we couldn’t. Fortunately Le Pain Quotidien was across the street and that’s where we had dinner. I went for the Lentil Avocado Salad.
