Evening: I may not have an apple a day, but I could have an apple every night. I had an organic, non-GMO verified Opal Apple, with some Almonds while Gary went with an Apple and Peanut Butter. We both had Vanilla Almond Rooibos Tea. The Opal apple is a cross between a Golden Delicious Apple and the Topaz. When I first read that it was non-browning I panicked thinking it was the GMO variety I read about. It isn’t. *Sigh of relief!* The non-browning feature happened by chance, unlike the Arctic Apples I was confusing them with, which are GMO.
