Breakfast: Reheat, repeat. We had Our Pancake House pancakes again that I made yesterday, topped with our bargain organic Maple Syrup and served with Sliced Oranges and Black Vanilla Tea.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lime

Dinner: When I had ordered string beans from GoOrganicNYC.com I knew how I wanted them prepared. As I prepared a pot of brown rice I told Gary I wanted a Spicy String Bean dish like I have had in some Thai restaurants mixed with tofu. It was better than I imagined! In the restaurants they deep fry the tofu. Here are Responsible Eating And Living Headquarters, Gary cubed the tofu, placed the cubes on a baking sheet and let them bake. The sides get crispy. Then he seared the string beans with a little canola oil in a cast iron pan. When they were just right he added the tofu and drizzled in a little sesame oil. The key ingredient is Sky Valley Organic Sriracha which he poured liberally over the dish. Wow! Spicy. Hot. Good. To cool off between those hot bites we had the leftover Oven Roasted Vegetables consisting of Carrots, Onions and Sweet Potatoes.

Evening: We talked a lot about making a dessert to have while watching the Downton Abbey finale. Instead we had Apples and nibbled on Almonds and Peanuts.
