What Vegans Eat – Day 400

Breakfast: Yes we had cookies for breakfast again! We finished up those lovely Maple Peanut Butter Oatmeal cookies and one remaining waffle from a few days ago. We are going to have to make those cookies again.

Lunch: Gary took a few big bowls of his hearty Mung Bean and Vegetable soup. I helped myself to a small bowl. Somehow the appetite is still not there for me.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots

Dinner: Gary’s Tempeh Steak sandwich had looked so good the day before when he made his but I had no appetite for it. Finally I did and I was happy to enjoy one: Baked Tempeh Steaks in Barbeque Sauce on Herbed Flatbread.
