What Vegans Eat – Day 490: Special Travel Edition

Breakfast: We began this day with Steel Cut Oats cooked with Bananas and Dates and served with a Teavana Black Tea.
 
Lunch: I reheated the remaining Tricolore Carrot and Red Lentil Soup. As always, this soup was even better the next day.

Served with the soup, our new favorite treat – Corn Thins with Peanut Butter.

Dinner: We were off to a birthday party where the featured food was to be Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs. Better to eat a nice dinner first. We had leftover Sweet Potatoes, Baked Tofu made oil-free with Sesame Seeds and Red Pepper Flakes, and Steamed Kale with Veggies.

Evening: For the party we picked up Miyoko’s Double Cream Chive Cheese, Mary’s Gone Crackers and Organic Red Grapes.

When we got back from the party we devoured the box of Sweet Cherry Tomatoes we had picked up. They tasted like candy!
