What Vegans Eat – Day 585

Breakfast: Papaya took the place of bananas in this morning’s cereal. In my mind papayas are similar to bananas, they are sweet, starchy and satisfying. Gary expertly carved the fruit into perfect slices. I added in Flax Seed and Shredded Coconut and served it with English Breakfast tea.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Carrots, Lemon
 
Dinner: We work all day long and then did our workout while hungry. We both couldn’t wait to eat and knew it would be a feast of all the good foods we had already prepared a few days before. Gary sautéed some Red Onion to add to the other ingredients: Tomatoes, Romaine Lettuce, Garlic Pickles, Baked Fries, Healthy World Burgers, Chao Slices,
17sept-feast, Cole Slaw and his Special Sauce made with Little Seed Caesar Dressing and Ketchup.
 
Evening: The Lemon Meringue Pie is still here and continues to amaze us and delight our mouths. Just a sliver please.
