Breakfast: Frozen Strawberries, Almonds, Apples, Raisins, Rolled Oats and Soy Milk come together again for breakfast with Earl Grey Tea for Gary and Genmaicha for me.

Daily Green Juice: We are so happy to have found
Dr. Juice so close to where we are staying in Lauderdale-By-The_sea. We got our Green IVs again with Kale, Celery, Cucumbers and Ginger.
 
Dinner: I did it again – too much food! I steamed a big bunch of gorgeous Broccoli that we had purchased on Sunday from Josh’s Organic Market. The Sprouted Corn Tortillas we had in the freezer became chips to dip in the Guacamole along with sweet yellow bell pepper slices. We made burritos with Spouted Whole Grain Tortillas, a Black Bean/Chick Pea mix, Tofu Cubes with Scallions, Organicville Salsa and Tahini Dressing. We’ve got leftovers…

Evening:
The Food Revolution held another Healthy Eating Power Hour and I was assisting John and Ocean Robbins in the Q&A portion. It was great! If you missed it the program and Q&A will be repeated this Saturday, 1pm ET, 10am PT. Check it out! It’s free.
