What Vegans Eat – Day 714: Travel Edition

Share

Breakfast: Tuesdays are my busiest days lately with my radio show at 1pm PT, then coaching Wonka Jr. for 2 hours, followed by a 4-hour Fiddler on the Roof rehearsal. It’s important to eat in the morning when I can because I don’t take any breaks for myself during the rehearsals. There are always too many things to do during the breaks given to the casts. We had Polenta cereal with Apples, Walnuts, Bananas and Chia Seeds.

Lunch: After I finished my IT’S ALL ABOUT FOOD show with Gene Stone and Mike Shanahan I grabbed an Apple, some dried Figs and Corn Thins before heading off to rehearsal.

Dinner: We are getting low on produce in the little pool house we are staying. After a long day, we put together a simple meal of Burritos, made with Ezekiel Sprouted Whole Grain Tortillas, Black Beans, Avocados, Tomatoes and Hot Sauce.

  1. Gene Stone’s ghost writing of Dr Greger’s book #HowNotToDie is very wordy. I suggested people’s stories in a frame because cases are an illustration of the topic. The organization of Trump Survival Guide sounds better, effective. Trump doesn’t lie and he is accessible through social media which is much easier than letters calls and emails.
