What Vegans Eat – Day 724: Travel Edition

Brunch: Gary left early in the day to visit with his dad and go on some errands. This morning’s brunch was all orange. I had cooked some red lentils – they take about 25 minutes to get creamy and soft, and orange. I took a small bowl, topped it with Nutritional Yeast and had it with lots of sliced, tart oranges.

Snack: Gary’s nephew Josh just started working at Jamba Juice. He was sweet and brought me a shot of Orange Juice with Ginger Juice. It was hot! I loved it.

Dinner: When Gary came back we had a simple dinner of the Millet and Red Lentils I had cooked earlier in the day, with Nutritional Yeast and Hot Sauce.

I need Kale and a lot of it. I’ve skipped a few days of green juices and was craving it. I made a big Kale Salad with a Peanut Butter/Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing. Chew it!

Evening: Gary made the dessert: small bowls with Cashews, Figs and dark Chocolate.
