What Vegans Eat – Day 738: Travel Edition

Breakfast: TGIF! It’s our day off. I relish this day since I am rehearsing every other day of the week. I had big plans to catch up on lots of other work today. Gary made Polenta Cereal with Bananas, topped with Chia Seeds.
 
Lunch: I learned early in the day that Tom Regan, the American philosopher and animal rights theorist had died. I spent the next several hours putting a post together in his memory. While working I nibbled on two Corn Thins and Brazil Nuts.
 
Daily Green Juice: Gary was out and came back with two Campbell Blends from Whole Foods. He served them with Peanuts and Raisins.

Dinner: Tonight’s dinner consisted of Red Lentils with lots of fresh Lemon Juice, Millet with Mushrooms and Arugula.

Evening: Still feeling hungry, I ate an apple and then I had another bowl of Lentils and Millet, topped with Nutritional Yeast and Hot Sauce. Gary ate a big Arugula Salad.
