What Vegans Eat – Day 744: Travel Edition

Breakfast: Salad makes a wonderful breakfast. I had a big bowl of Mesclun Greens with Chia Seeds, Walnuts and Blasamic Vinegar.

Lunch: Gary’s still getting creative with those Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortillas. For lunch he rolled them up with Greens, Avocado, Dijon Mustard and Field Roast Frankfurters. It’s a Wiener! It’s a Winner!

Dinner: It’s a week until the opening of Fiddler on the Roof. We planned to run the entire show at rehearsal and we succeeded. It was not without it’s starts and stops but we rehearsed the entire show from beginning to end, in order with scene changes. We were hungry when we got back to the poll house and Gary got rolling. He made more Wiener Wraps and then Banana/Peanut Butter/Agave Wraps.

Evening: It’s hard to sleep after an evening rehearsal. We watched some television with Peanuts, Dark Chocolate, Orange Slices and Mint Tea.
