What Vegans Eat – Day 756: Travel Edition

Breakfast: It is not berry season. And we don’t have a freezer here in the pool house. Still I asked Gary to pick up frozen berries yesterday. The few bags are defrosted in the refrigerator ready to eat. There was a tiny amount of Rolled Oats left and I topped them with Bananas, Strawberries, Chia Sees and Soy Milk.

Lunch: It’s broadcast day, and I was planning on speaking with Dr. Susan Thompson on IT’S ALL ABOUT FOOD. Even though her new book is about weight loss, reading about what to eat and what not to eat makes me hungry. I made a big Kale Salad, with Blueberries, Yellow Potatoes and Apple Cider Vinegar.

Dinner: Gary was out all day. He spent time with his 91-year-old dad and then went to a rehearsal for a play reading he would be doing tomorrow. I was on my own. For dinner, I made a Wildwood Tofu Burger with Kale and Corn Tortillas with a side of Yellow Potatoes.
