Breakfast: Setting up for a breakfast of vegan champions – Buckwheaties with Blueberries, Strawberries, Bananas and Cashew Milk.

Lunch: Filling my belly with yesterday’s Green Zenphony leftovers before going off to the Progressive Radio Network studio to record today’s It’s All About Food show, with Kim Campbell and Pamela Rice.

Dinner: After the radio show I planned on meeting my brother Barry for a music rehearsal at Hunter College and photo shoot with his new music group, Audible Abstraction. We had dinner first at Le Botaniste. We both ordered the Tibetan Mama.

Gary was back at home and had what he likes to call “ribs on the couch,” the food he likes to make for himself, marinated Tempeh with Sweet Potato Fries on a bed of Kale.

Evening: When I got home I went for some of those leftover Sweet Potato Fries he saved for me.
