Breakfast: Hurray for Oatmeal. You have not seen oatmeal on this blog for a while. We are now rich in rolled oats and they should last a while. This morning’s oatmeal had Apples, Bananas, Raisins and Sunflower Seeds.
Lunch: And just like that, when I was feeling hungry, Gary whipped up his Baked No-Egg French Omelette Soufflé. I don’t ever remember it being so good!
Hot sauce looks and tastes great on top.
Daily Green Juice: I finally got to making a new batch of green juice. This week’s blend is made with Kale, Collards, Red Cabbage, Celery, Ginger, Lemon and Cilantro.
Dinner: Lunch was hearty so I blended a couple of sweet frozen treats for a light meal: Cocoa Powder, Banana, Frozen Strawberries, Maca Powder, Peanut Butter and lots of ice.
Evening: This evening’s herbal infusion was made with Chamomile, Mint, Ginger, Lemon Rind. After the tea, I had an Apple.
