After my morning yoga practice, I made a bowl of Rolled Oats, Apples, Dried Apricots, Flax Seeds and Cashew Yogurt. My friend Linda Long gave me some homemade yogurt for my birthday and it’s delicious!

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery
 
Dinner: Spring is here and I am loving the weather. Gary and I went on a long walk and returned to a simple meal of Garbanzo Beans with Onions and a Tomato Sauce made with Organic Tomato Paste and Water. Fantastic! We topped it with Nutritional Yeast and ate on the terrace.

Later for dessert, I made a treat – Frozen Strawberries, Banana, Maca Powder, Cashew Yogurt and Water.
