What Vegans Eat – Day 821

Breakfast: I had another rehearsal scheduled this morning with my brother’s new band, Audible Abstraction. I had just enough time to do a short workout before it started. I made tea for everyone. We began with Jasmine and later I made Vanilla Black Tea.
 
Lunch: Gary’s fantastic stew became soup for lunch along with a small Romaine Lettuce Salad with Red Onions and Tahini Dressing.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon, Ginger
 
Dinner: It was time to finish up the Birthday Mini Burgers made for my party on April 22 that we froze, along with a sauté of Kale and Onions.

Evening: I am enjoying the frozen Chocolate Mousse, a couple of spoons at a time. I don’t need or want anymore than that. Gary has written off chocolate and sugar for a while and so it’s all for me.
