Breakfast: We’ve got a big job to do today. We are filming and editing our first under 1-minute food show. Stay tuned. Gary served me a cup of his extraordinary Teeccino and Whipped Soy Foam, along with Orange and Grapefruit slices, while I got to cooking up some waffles.

I decide to make Fruity Corn Waffles and I topped mine with Almond Yogurt.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon, Ginger
 
Dinner: Many, many hours later, the food show filmed and the editing completed we sat down to dinner. Gary prepared a beautiful cafe table, since our kitchen table still was being used for the video setup. He made another favorite salad with Kale, Red Onion, Avocado and Tahini Dressing, with a flavorful bowl homemade, creamy Tomato Soup.
