Breakfast: This was an Oatmeal morning made with Apples, Bananas, Flax Seeds, Walnuts
 
Lunch: I asked for Tofu Masala and I got it with a Romaine Lettuce Salad made with Tomato, Red Onions, Tahini Dressing and small side of Kale with Onions and Ginger. Gary had to check the recipe for his own Secret Spice Mix, a secret only between us and you.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Ginger, Lemon
 
Dinner: I had a fantastic It’s All About Food show with Dr. Milton Mills and Ted Genoways. Please check it out if you missed it. Then I went to a meeting organized by Climate Works in Manhattan. Our awesome Public Advocate Leticia James and Comptroller Scott Springer were there to give updates and answer questions. When I got home I was treated to Spicy Baked Fries with Organicville Ketchup.

Evening: A little later on we had Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana Smoothies for a cool treat.
