Breakfast: Gary made this skillet dish with Spinach, Red Onions and the leftover Tempeh in Spicy Marinara with Prunes and a batter made from Garbanzo Bean Flour. Another winner!

Daily Green Juice: I went into the Progressive Radio Network studio to interview Del Sroufe and talk about The China Study Family Cookbook. I love this new book! Then my dear friend John Phillips and Allie Feldman Taylor joined me to talk about the new Empire State Humane Voters organization. This was their radio debut! I was excited to hear about their plans and successes. Listen here. Afterwards we walked to the Juice Press store and enjoyed Green Juice together. I brought one home for Gary.
 
Dinner: I was on a big high when I got home. I loved speaking with my guests on the show. We celebrated with our weekly visit to Green Zenphony. Gary got the Veggie Ribs, his new favorite.

If the fish is what you wish, try this dish! I did and loved it. It’s my new favorite. It’s a bean curd skin dish wrapped in Nori and beautifully seasoned. The chef is a god!
