Breakfast: Okay, it is going to be one of those days! Too many things are planned. Eating right and breathing often are top priorities. We made Garbanzo Bean Waffles, and served them with an Apple Banana Compote and Almond Yogurt. Gary kept the waffles warm in a covered pot. Great idea!

I was off to the Progressive Radio Network studio to record my show. I was excited to be interviewing Carl Pope, the former executive director of the Sierra Club and coauthor with former NYC mayor, Mike Bloomberg of Climate of Hope. I had to get back fast because I was giving an online course with John and Ocean Robbins in the eveneing. I had equipment to set up and a sound check. The show was fantastic. I got home and Gary left me a lovely dinner and note. He was out on a walk.
 
Dinner: Gary made some spicy Bake Tofu, Baked Sweet and White Potatoes and a Romaine Lettuce Salad with Little Seed Caesar Dressing.

Daily Green Juice: Gary picked up some Green juices for us at our local Ripe Juice Bar and Grill. We always get the Achilles made with Celery, Spinach, Parsley, Broccoli and Cucumber.
 
Evening: Our online course and Q&A lasted 2 1/2 hours. It went really well. I was charged up and tired at the same time when it was over. We settled in and I was able to enjoy a little more of what Gary had made for dinner.
