Breakfast: A ready-made Garbanzo Bean Flour Waffle with Apple/Banana Compote and Almond Yogurt was a happy breakfast for me, working at my desk.

Lunch: Yesterday’s Greens and Little Seed Caesar Dressing were all ready for me when hungry called me away from my desk. I put the salad together quickly and went back to my desk to eat while I worked. (It’s an extra busy day)

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Carrots, Ginger
 
Dinner: When I could not work any longer, it was easy to convince Gary to go to Green Zenphony. I needed to be fortified to get back to my desk one more time before calling it a night. We started with the Veggie Ribs. They were a little too salty for me this time, but Gary didn’t seem to notice.

Although he tries to pick something new Gary always chooses one of his favorites – Veggie Beef Chow Fun. I think there was a different chef on this evening because this dish looked a little more colorful.

I chose something new – Sizzling King Oyster Mushrooms with Soy Chicken, Zucchini, Soy Beans, Jicama in a Basil, Black Bean Sauce.

Evening: When we got home I got back to work. Later, we had Vanilla Almond Rooibos tea with a little treat Gary created, Dried Apricots Cooked in Red Wine.
