Breakfast: There’s is nothing else to make for breakfast on a hot summer day than a green smoothie especially when you received your GoOrganicNYC.com delivery the day before with a gazillion heads of kale. This meal in a glass had Kale, Water, Blueberries, Strawberries, Apples, Bananas and Flax Seeds. I added in our Vitamin D and Immune Biotect powders (opening the veggie capsules and pouring the powder in the smoothie).

Lunch: Sandwiches only! This was a treat – sandwiches on the terrace. Gary baked the Tofu with Garam Masala spice and served it up with Avocado, Lettuce, Gluten-Free English Muffins, Red Onions and Mustard. When the Muffins were gone, we made more sandwiches in the lettuce leaves.

Dinner: This was the complete Kale Salad, with Black Beans, Millet and Tahini Dressing. Nothing more required.

Afterwards I made a small treat of Walnuts and Cacao Nibs. Warning: this is not a sweet treat!

Evening: Bananas are nice to have in the evening before going to bed. The melatonin in them helps you relax.
