Breakfast: Gary is the frother king! He made us Teeccino piled high with Soy Milk Foam. I got extra Cinnamon on mine.

Our cups were refilled when the Oatmeal and Raisins breakfast was served, with Strawberries, Pineapple and Coconut Milk.

Lunch: The leftover Kale Salad was packed into a Pyrex container and put in the refrigerator. Today, it becomes a beautiful lunch with yesterday’s Sweet Potato and Bake Fries.

I was feeling pretty full but I had already heated up some Carrot Lentil Soup. Down in the belly it went.

Dinner: Gary is happy that the heat wave is over so that he could cook up some Tempeh. We had a Riesling someone gave us that we didn’t want to drink. It’s too sweet. But it makes a wonderful marinade for the Tempeh! Gary served it with Miso Soup with Red Onions, Kale and Millet.
