Breakfast: Gary was off early for a long rehearsal. I got up and went right to work on the computer. When I couldn’t work any longer I found the leftover Oatmeal from yesterday, nicely molded in a one-cup Pyrex bowl. I had an idea. Instead of putting it in a pot and reheating it, I unmolded it on a plate and poured the Berry Banana Coulis from yesterday over the top. Voila! It’s a stunning breakfast plate.

Lunch: Gary had thoughtfully washed a head of kale and left it for me in the refrigerator. I was ravenous and quickly massaged it with Apple Cider Vinegar and then topped it with the precooked Carrot/Onion mix, Shiitake Mushrooms and Walnut.

Dinner: You knew this was coming! Yesterday’s Tempeh Reuben Fest was repeated today. This time, Gary slapped some Chao slices and melted them on the Tempeh and Sauerkraut. We had sandwiches again with an Almond Yogurt/Ketchup “Russian Dressing”, Mustard and Caraway Seed Whole Grain Bread.
