Breakfast: If you don’t overeat in the evening and leave at least 12 hours before your next meal, the food will taste even more delicious when you sit down to eat. We love Steel Cut Oats and these were especially good, made with Apples, Pecans, Raisins, and Flax Seeds.

Daily Green Juice: Gary made green juice! This juice had Kale, Celery, Carrots, Cucumber and Lemon with the rinds.
 
Dinner: We started the Black Beans soaking in the morning. By dinnertime, they cooked so fast. I made a whole grain mix with Millet, Brown Rice and Red Rice. Gary made a fresh Tomato Salsa and a Kale Salad with Balsamic Tahini Dressing (Tahini Dressing Mixed with Balsamic Vinegar).
