Breakfast: Just to show you how it’s done – we often make a serve yourself Cereal Bar. This one had Rolled Oats, Bananas, Cashews, Walnuts, Chopped Apricots, and Ground Flax Seeds. We filled our bowls and added Soy Milk. Done.

Dinner: It was a Green Zenphony Day. Hurray! We went there after our walk. I had my “cocktail”, Red Cabbage Juice with Lemon.

And we ordered the Chinese Broccoli.

I tried something new, and yes, this is my new favorite! Vegan Unagi, made with Bean Curd Skin and Nori in a light white sauce. I could eat this all day.

Gary had his favorite Veggie Pork Noodle soup but after trying my Unagi he said he would order that next time.

They gave us Watermelon slices when we finished everything.

Evening: Later in the evening, I made a Vanilla, Banana Milk smoothie, made with a Banana, Soy Milk, Vanilla and Ice.
