I was so surprised to hear your “shout-out” to me on the podcast this past week. So glad you had Miyoko’s book and the recipe was a success. I’ve been a vegan for over 5 years and probably listened to your weekly podcast that long, too. Also, I live in Las Vegas and enjoyed your conversation with Dr. Evan Allen who was on your podcast the week before. He has a membership practice here so not feasible for me to consult with him. There is a shortage of vegan doctors here, but definitely not a shortage of vegan restaurants.
