Here are what some folks are saying about Caryn's podcast, It's All About Food
"I have been listening regularly to your podcast for the last four years. I enjoy it and it has helped me immensely…You are a terrific interview host…I also enjoy it when Gary joins you on the show. Thanks for all you do." – Ken
"Love your podcast…I love your format, it's perfect and to be honest you do great interviews but the best part is just you talking about your experiences or things you've eaten, places you go and I learn so much from you! My favorite guest of all time will always be Gary!!! :)" – Emily
"Looking forward, as always, to hearing your voice. So beautiful and authentic!" – Colleen
"I heard your radio show for the first time an hour ago on WGRN, 94.1FM in Columbus, Ohio. I want to say that you are spot on…I'm so glad the station picked you up! Now I can recommend a show and website to several Meetup groups. Keep up the good work!" – Sabrina
REAL recipes have been published in numerous cookbooks and magazines. There are hundreds of recipes on the REAL site and more are added all the time. We especially love waffles and have quite a collection of waffle recipes for you to try. Our newest waffle recipe, made from Steel Cut Oats and Millet is also a favorite among REAL followers, like this one:
"This is one of my favorite waffle recipes and I make them often…Today is Thanksgiving Day and in keeping with the theme of the day, I added pumpkin and cinnamon to the recipe and served the waffles with a toasted pecan maple syrup. Thank you Caryn for all you do. Happy Thanksgiving to you and Gary." – Pamela
Our work is especially meaningful when we hear from people who have reaped profound benefits from our information. Here is one example:
"I keep thinking back to the article you wrote 2–3 years ago about what to do if you get a cancer diagnosis; I feel certain that email containing your article was "heaven sent" and saved my life by getting me to the Block Center." – Sally
We hope you will support the work here at Responsible Eating And Living this year with a tax–deductible donation. Make your donation today! |

Kip Andersen, Keegan Kuhn and Kathryn Gillespie are the featured guests this Tuesday, December 18 at 4pm ET on It's All About Food.
|
|
|
Part I: Kip Andersen and Keegan Kuhn are the co-producers of two groundbreaking documentaries, Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret and What the Health. They will be back on the program on Tuesday to talk about their newest book, What the Health: The Startling Truth Behind the Foods We Eat. |
|
|
In Part II of the program learn about Kathryn Gillespie's must-read new book, The Cow with Ear Tag #1389:
"To translate the journey from a living cow to a glass of milk into tangible terms, Kathryn Gillespie set out to follow the moments in the life cycles of individual animals–animals like the cow with ear tag #1389. She explores how the seemingly benign practice of raising animals for milk is just one link in a chain that affects livestock across the agricultural spectrum. Gillespie takes readers to farms, auction yards, slaughterhouses, and even rendering plants to show how living cows become food. The result is an empathetic look at cows and our relationship with them, one that makes both their lives and their suffering real." |
