What Vegans Eat – Day 1115

Breakfast:
Today’s schedule include a visit to the dentist and then a trip to see my mom. I got up early (for me) so the dentist could cement my temporary crown back in my mouth after coming off yesterday. I packed a Banana, a Pear, a bag of Power Greens, some Carrots, an Avocado and a lime. After the dentist, while driving to mom’s I ate the Banana and the Pear.
 
Lunch: I am glad I brought food with me. I needed to take mom food shopping. Before we went we made a big salad with the food I brought. Mom supplied the Celery, Red Onions, Green Olives and more Carrots.

 
Dinner: Gary prepared, at my request, the following: Brussels Sprouts, Quinoa and the more of the Whatever-Beans-We-Have-Left-In-The-House Soup. I like my foods separate.

 
Gary likes to pile everything together, topped with Nutritional Yeast and Sriracha.

 
Green Juice: Before leaving in the morning I moved a couple of green juices from the freezer to the refrigerator. After dinner, we had our green juices. Today’s juice consists of Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon
