What Vegans Eat – Day 118 (Special Travel Edition)


Breakfast: Another rolled oats with fruit and soymilk cereal while sitting by the pool in paradise. On this trip I am hoping to catch up on my magazine reading. The morning is a good time for reading and drinking Kuitcha tea.
Lunch: Lots of leftovers from the big party the day before made for easy good eating. I had some fruit salad and leftover sautéed zucchini.
Dinner: We had plans to watch the Tony’s with some friends. I made a plate of more party leftovers for an early dinner: Pasta in Marinara; Asian Cabbage salad; Field Roast Sausage; Sautéed Kale. And more birthday cake!
Evening: We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our friend’s home to watch the Tony’s. They had told us there would not be any vegan food, but there was a spread of fresh fruits and veggies and a lovely vegan cheese cake from Whole Foods.

We got home and discussed the Tony results with a little chocolate and peppermint tea.
