What Vegans Eat – Day 1305


Breakfast: Today’s breakfast consists of the usual Rolled Oats, Blueberries, Walnuts, Bananas and Flax Seeds.
Lunch: Yesterday’s stew with added Corn becomes lunch, served with Purple Sweet Potatoes and Guacamole.

Dinner: I am committing to eating beans every day. I had some late in the evening topped with Guacamole.
