Breakfast: I’m doing my Breakfast Black Beans again.

 
Lunch: Again with the repeats! We had this yesterday and we’re finishing it up today, only cold this time: Baked Tofu cooked with a marinade of Apricot Butter, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Gary’s secret spice mix and coated with Sunflower Seeds, Kale with Red Onions and Baked Fries.

 
Dinner: Sometimes nibbling on Celery and Carrot sticks is all you really want. And dipping in Peanut Butter makes it perfect.

 
Evening: The nibbling continues with sliced Apples.

 
Gary bought me a bottle of Chocolate Stout about a week ago and I am finally kicking back and having a glass. He had Teeccino.
